Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may request cancellation of your order within 7 days of purchase without providing any reason.

The cancellation period is valid from the date of purchase of the service.

The service must not have been fully utilized or consumed

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refund:

• Customized or personalized digital vCards

• Activated subscription plans after usage has started

• Services that have been fully delivered or consumed

• Promotional or discounted plans, unless required by law

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.

Service-Based Nature

As vcard.ind.in provides digital SaaS services, there is no physical return of goods involved.
